Recovery is where longevity begins. Rooted in the philosophy that true strength comes from balance, restorative flow classes combine breath, meditation and movement to: - intentionally deepen your body awareness; - replenish what your training (or day) takes away; and - practices rest as an act of resilience. All levels of experience are welcome. Expect a combination of Yin and Vinyasa* for a 1 hour class. Mondays: Restorative Yoga for Runners Fridays: Restorative Yoga for Pickleballers These classes serve as the critical counterbalance of your push days. Restorative Flow also caters to the general public and will support everyone in overall relaxation. You do NOT have to perform the designated activity to benefit from the class. Whether you’re training, cross-conditioning, or simply seeking deeper rest, you’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged. Additional Information: Stakt mat rentals for $5, subject to availability. * Yin Yoga – A slow, meditative practice that holds poses for longer periods to gently stretch connective tissues, release tension, and promote relaxation and stillness. Vinyasa Yoga – A dynamic, flowing practice that links movement with breath, building strength, flexibility, and energy through smooth transitions between poses.
